Terms of Service

By creating an account, uploading a resume, or accessing the Fanaye Job OS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms of Service on our website, and your continued usage of the platform constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

To use the full capabilities of the platform, you must register a User account (USER) and establish an authentication account (AUTH_ACCOUNT) via email or supported OAuth integrations (e.g. Google or GitHub).

You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information about yourself. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Fanaye Job OS is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from credential compromise.

Fanaye Job OS parses raw professional profiles to construct a dynamic profile (KNOWLEDGE_BASE). We provide AI matching and generation services:

• Document Generation: The platform produces custom resumes and cover letters using your profile data and matching metadata (ALIGNMENT_RECORD). While we aim for exceptional accuracy, you must review generated documents before submitting applications.
• Alignment Scores: Match scores represent algorithmic estimates of job fit based on public parameters and neural network analysis. We do not guarantee that a high alignment score will result in an interview, job offer, or placement.
• External Job Listings (JOB_SOURCE): Opportunities are collected from external sources. We are not responsible for the accuracy of external postings, and you acknowledge that job statuses can change without notice.

Certain advanced actions (e.g., generating tailored PDFs, executing detailed AI alignment models) require credits managed via your Wallet (WALLET).

• Non-Transferable: Credits represent utility access parameters within the platform and hold no monetary cash value outside of the platform.
• Transaction Tracking (WALLET_TRANSACTION): Every consumption of AI generation capability is recorded as a wallet transaction. Transaction history is permanently stored in your user log.
• Refunds: Payments for subscription plans and credit packs are non-refundable except as required by local consumer laws.

As a condition of using the platform, you agree not to:

• Upload fraudulent resumes, fake work histories, or profiles belonging to other persons.
• Use scraping tools, automated scripts, or reverse-engineer the matching and generation engines.
• Inject malicious payloads via resumes or text inputs designed to disrupt AI parsing.
• Create multiple accounts to exploit free credit quotas.

Fanaye Job OS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees of continuous uptime or bug-free operations.

In no event shall Fanaye Job OS, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including lost career opportunities, errors in generated resumes, or data processing errors.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and erase your Knowledge Base immediately if we detect breach of these terms, fraud, or violations of our platform integrity.

You may close your account and delete your Knowledge Base data at any time through your Profile Dashboard.
